Senior Vice President, General Counsel
Richard Cross is the senior vice president, general counsel for Alignment Health, a tech-enabled Medicare Advantage company championing a new path in senior care.
Mr. Cross joined Alignment as general counsel in 2019. Prior to joining Alignment, Mr. Cross served as deputy general counsel of OptumRx, assistant general counsel of PacifiCare Health Systems, and associate attorney in the business transactions group of K & R Law Group. Mr. Cross also is a certified public accountant, and before becoming an attorney, he worked as a senior accountant for PacifiCare Health Systems and Security Pacific National Bank.
