Yon Yoon Jorden is a seasoned board and audit committee member who has held strategic senior management and board positions in the health care services, technology, and manufacturing sectors.

Ms. Jorden is currently a director and audit committee member for Cohu, Inc. (Nasdaq: COHU), a back-end semiconductor equipment and service company, and is a director, audit committee chair and human capital committee member for Capstone Green Energy Corporation (Nasdaq: CRGN), a microturbine technology solutions company. Additionally, she serves as a director and finance committee member of Methodist Health System, a not-for-profit Texas-based hospital system. 

Prior to her current roles, Ms. Jorden served as director and held various committee roles at Maxwell Technologies, Inc. (acquired by Tesla, Inc.), Magnetek, Inc. (acquired by Columbus McKinnon Corp.), US Oncology (acquired by McKesson Corporation) and BioScrip, Inc. (merged with Option Care Enterprises, Inc.). She has served as chief financial officer of four publicly traded companies in the software, pharmacy benefits management, managed care and oil and gas sectors. She was also a senior auditor with Arthur Andersen & Co., where she became a certified public accountant (inactive) in the State of California.

Ms. Jorden graduated from California State University, Los Angeles with a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting.
