Meet Our Chief
Executive Officer
As the chief executive at Alignment Health, John Kao leads by example. When his mother suffered a heart attack, he witnessed first-hand how difficult it was to navigate the health care system and how that experience can lead to slower recovery. This reminded him why he founded Alignment Health in 2013—to provide health care as it should be, to care for each and every member as if they were part of our family.
